Orphans & Widows Aid (OWAID) is dedicated to empowering orphaned children and widows living in refugee communities across Africa. Through permanent housing, education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihood programs, we provide lasting support that restores dignity and helps families build brighter futures.

Permanent Housing Program
We build durable homes with a lifespan of 20+ years to provide safe, stable, and dignified living conditions for widows and orphaned families.
Education Support Program
We sponsor school fees, uniforms, books, and learning materials to ensure children have access to quality education and future opportunities.
Skills Development & Livelihood Training
We train widows and youth in sewing, tailoring, carpentry, agriculture, and small business skills to promote financial independence.
Healthcare Access
Program
We fund medical treatment, specialist care outside refugee camps, and essential healthcare for serious and chronic conditions.
Clothing & Essential
Needs Support
We provide clothing, bedding, hygiene kits, and essential household items to improve daily living conditions and dignity.
